It is no secret that we are facing record high inflation in the country these days and investors are panicking and are confused about where to put their money. According to the latest reports, annual inflation of rate has reached to the level of 9.1% in the last 12 months. This much inflation has not been seen in the country since 1981.Controlling the inflation is the duty of Fed, and they in such circumstances normally raise the interest rates. Since the beginning of 2022, Federal Reserve is trying to thread the needle of cooling off inflation while not tanking the broader economy. Thus they raised the interest rate several times but a recent increase of 0.75% in June and July is a sign that FED is acting more aggressively to fight inflation. It’s the first time since 1994 that the Fed has raised the rate that much.
However, in consequence to this increase, $500,000 mortgage got $4,000 more expensive, thus lowering their buying power. Couple with low buying power are more focused on paying their mortgage and credit cards, that results in slowing economy as people slows their spending, which of course results in fall in the stock prices.
On the other side, the business with huge debts has become more expensive too.
SO, the need of the hour for the investors is to understand how they can protect themselves from the hands of inflation. Since, if they keep their money in cash, their buying power will decline due to rising prices, while on the other hand, there is huge uncertainty in the stock market and there is possibility that the crashing prices will result in wealth reduction.

Even during the economic downturn and recession,I'm so happy I've been earning $ 60,000 returns from my $10,000 investment every 21days.

I’m of <the opinion that those who leave it to market dynamics to determine when to trade or not are either new to the Market or are probably just naïve. The market has seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders are taking advantage of the dip even more towards trading sessions.
