As we approach the halfway mark of the year, it’s a good time to reflect on what we have achieved so far and what changes we still want to make in our lives. Many of us set New Year’s resolutions at the start of the year, but it’s not uncommon for those resolutions to fall by the wayside as the year progresses. However, it’s never too late to refocus and start making changes.

One way to start focusing on changing your life is to identify what you want to change and why. Maybe you want to improve your health, find a new job, or work on your relationships. Whatever it is, take the time to understand why it’s important to you. This will help motivate you to stick with it, especially when the going gets tough.

Once you have identified what you want to change, break it down into smaller, manageable steps. Trying to make big changes all at once can be overwhelming and set you up for failure. Instead, focus on one or two small changes you can make each week or month. For example, if you want to improve your health, start by adding in an extra serving of vegetables to your meals or taking a brisk walk once a day.

Another way to focus on changing your life is to find an accountability partner. This could be a friend, family member, or even a professional coach. Having someone to check in with and hold you accountable can help keep you motivated and on track.

It’s important to remember that change is not always easy and there may be setbacks along the way. But don’t let this discourage you. Instead, use it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Reflect on what went wrong and what you can do differently next time.

Finally, celebrate your successes along the way. Whether it’s a small step forward or a big achievement, take the time to acknowledge and celebrate it. This will help keep you motivated and remind you of why you started in the first place.

In conclusion, focusing on changing your life takes time, effort, and patience. But with a clear goal, small steps, accountability, and celebration, you can make lasting changes that improve your life. So take a deep breath and keep moving forward. You’ve got this!

I do a lot of pick-up orders from Walmart, and I feel like the people that grocery shop for me and bring it out to my car should get a tip. I went to tip a guy, and he was hesitant because he said they are not allowed to accept tips. Like wth! They deserve a tip. I don't tip when I'm at a place and order to go.

Tipping is a way for corporations to make their customers take care of their employees. instead they should just take care of their own employees.

After I worked at Starbucks I definitely started tipping. My go to tip for carry out is $1-$2 or 10% on a large carry out order

As a Minnesotan, I love Canadian accents. It's like our own accent but on steroids and it makes me giggle every time.
