Each one could feel the weight of their actions, understanding the impact it had on the man they had so carelessly mocked.
Rather than reprimanding or scolding them, the boss took a different approach. He gathered his employees and addressed them with a mix of disappointment and empathy. He reminded them of the fundamental values that should be upheld in the workplace, emphasizing respect, kindness, and inclusivity. His words struck a chord with everyone, leading to profound introspection and self-reflection.

Another beautiful story, but if I may offer a word of constructive criticism: The climax was at 25 minutes, when Brenda and Eric met, but the story continued on for another 10 minutes. An effective conclusion should only be a few minutes long in a story of this length, not 10. You kind of lost me for a few minutes – I just kind of spaced out until the actual conclusion (the wedding and reconciliation with Aunt Jessie) came.
That having been said, I love your stories, including this one. Just maybe shorten up all the details between the climax and conclusion in future stories. Keep up the great work! I've been following all of your stories since you first started, and you're one of my favorite channels.
