Globally, the inflation is due to russia-ukraine fight, because of which the prices of commodities are increasing due to shortage of supply, which clearly tells us that this is a supply side inflation but not demand side inflation, incase you feel I am wrong then please make a separate video and elaborate.

Please make a video on why we need repo rate adjustments in the first place. If inflation always hits the poor people, then who exactly is it that's being profited from it, as one man's loss is another man's gain? Also, what would happen if there was no change in repo rate ever, especially during en economic crisis? This would garner lots of interest and views.

In an earlier video you seemed to be very concerned and looking very sad due to some people’s blind and innocence approach to bitcoin investment and as a result their investment has eroded considerably. Real Estate is a good investment ONLY IF you are dealing with an honest builder, or CLEAR land title and land which REMAINS UNENCROACHED..
There are certain districts where the wealth of the actual landowners has been eroded because of encroachment and dishonest dealings by local land mafia. In that case, when the land owners go to sell the land, they suddenly find that they are getting only a third or a fourth of its real value.
Please consider the potential pitfalls of real estate (land, houses, flats) and make videos on that. Or at least give a WARNING when you recommend Real Estate as 'a good investment' !!
