I'm not unicorn, I tried ranked battles, honestly? I didn't see much difference between ranked battles and random battles. Same amount of gold spammed, same amount of unicorns raping me like I was a piňata to them…I don't mind competitive aspect of world of tanks. But for fuck's sake compete in ranked battles not in random battles. Random battles are for people who just want to relax with a casual gameplay not use 110% of the brain to focus on the battle. But as always my words end up being carried by wind and into deep space so….that's that

the biggest bs as advice you can give, if you wait to long all the lesser players come to try ,and if you are unlucky your in there team and you can do only so much .Beter play whit the good players you will have some good teams and win faster rangs, sorry
tips for wot ranked battle:
1: join the team. be a gay like qb
2: open your wallet and pay for your luck rng into wg account
3: enjoy winning

This morning i played premium tanks and earn 2 millions,now i go to play ranked and spam premium rounds like a boss 🙂
QB – video suggestion. Your opinion on improved equipment? To me seems that only iOptics give you some meaningful advantage or maybe iVstab..
I don't even use Premium rounds. I spam Damage. Buy premium consumables on sale for half price in bulk. I Ranked up to level 6 in 1 day… As he told you how it works…
So stay alive. Don't lose chevrons or shields. You can move up pretty fast even if you lose…By the way. Rank 6 earns you 750k Credits alone. Paid for the consumables..
I am not sure why but I do much better in ranked battles than in random games. I am enjoying it so far. I like this system more than previous system.
QuickyBaby you are the man, I love you……. waited some days with ranked battles after going up and down between rank 2 and 4 on first day and started ranked battles again today……made easy 3 ranks with first 4 battles, so much easier than first day, thank you for your tips man….. 🙂
my only tier 10 is the t110e4, anybody got any tips for me? I try and support the heavies on the frontline with it. (still kinda used to the t30 which was basically a heavy, not a td)
The game is no longer a charm of pleasure or beauty, just one unreal golden shoot, and at the end of the battle, if you not have a premium tank and premium days, you lose the credit, which is the idea of the game,pay to WG ? Who is interested in someone's statistics, or how did he get it? Where is the fun and beauty of the game? In 1 second, will the tracks be fixed ? 🙂 Full unrealistic game, I do not see this game future.

i wonder how many 'good player' can actually get rank10 or above with using 5% gold ammo only
Out of 4 games in T57 heavy I got 2 6k damage games that I lost.
I had only T-62A and IS-7 and failed to get to rank 8 in first two days of playing (actually it was like 4th and 5th day of this season of ranked) and last game I fluffed, was a win I had more spot and more dmg and I shot only on my own spot but somehow had less EXP than T-100LT, I was driving T-62A in that game which resulted me being left out as 11th player on my team. Then I rolled down to rank 6. Fortunately I just bought Obj. 140, so I hope I will get to at least rank 10. I'm very average player, but still can't believe when I see guys with 500 wn8 who only have Type 5 Heavy just forcing their ways into ranks 6-7 and so on. I've even heard of friend that he met guy with 650 wn8 on rank 10. Like how in the hell? Also I know a guy who made to rank 12 with playing only arty… GG WG GG
P.S. I would have to add that this mode is not recommended for people who doesn't run premium accounts or doesn't have premium tanks or loads of silver in their banks already. It's very very expensive "fun".

Heavies:
Kranvagn/AMX M4 54/WZ 111 5A/ S. Conqueror
Mediums:
T-62A/ Obj. 430U/ E 50M(just cause it can tank heavies, and support heavies)
STB-1 and M48 Patton
Lights:
Rhm. Panzerwagen and T-100LT
TDs:
T110E3/ WZ 113G FT/ Foch B
Arty(yep):
B-C 155 58( magazine to stun multiple tanks and help your team push through)
T92/Conq. GC- stronk splash

I don't know why they didn't just using the World of Warships ranked model? Winning team all get a chevron, top player on the losing team keeps theirs and everyone else loses one. Ok, you may argue people might play to get carried, but they'll lose too much to get anywhere. Put it this way, its works in WoWs
If only I could bring my Churchill GC, used to be so easy to get top 5 in tier 10 games with it

After playing ranked battles for a few days now, I can honestly say that cheveron-negative (lose = you lose a cheveron ) or neutral (nothing lost if you lose ) would be better imo. Everyone who plays ranked battles ( or at least vast majority of players ) go in with the mind set of "I will lose, I need to get that 1 chevron or at least retain them. In my opinion that ruins the game mod and tbh to me is boring to sit in bushes , camp etc…
Have you ever listen the latest Wargaming joke ? According to them, only 5% games are played with gold ammo 😀
Ok I´ve tried to play ranked battles – better call it retarded battles – it is even worse than the usual random battles – only 46-48% winrate "players" – again there are no unicum players in those teams on either side!
My only tier X is the IS-4. Should I even bother with ranked? (I'm not a unicorn, obviously)

I believe the chevrons are better. I was very disappointed last year with the wins and losses. Eve though I realize now that I was playing poorly (and am still playing poorly but better than last year) I feel like I am included in the competition.
Maybe you along with many others are having a reaction to all the chem. trailing that's been going on? Lots of people seem to have the flue some even dying.
