TSP is a retirement plan for federal employees, I missed it right there!

  2. Aliyah Carter

She seems like she’s trying to do right by her kids and has a good income. Seems like her partner needs to commit and marry her, and start making the same amount that she is. Otherwise that $75k is gonna go quick for a mother of 2

  3. rebeccanater

"I can get a contract for the car" ya its called a car loan, your boyfriend should have signed it.

  4. Adam Seidel

She’s got two children already, plus a little sister, the one on the way is #3. Two little babies and one large baby driving around in a car.

  5. Joanna Tanger

Yeah, I’m the same way as you about cash spending vs. card. Cash feels like a bonus but I check my accounts very often so I prefer using my debit card. That’s how I actually check my spending; cash can disappear quickly and I often have no idea what I spent it on.

  6. Julia Sanchez

I have so much respect for these people putting their info out there to help others learn, I hope Cassi the best

  7. HEADSPACEnTIMING

wasting her GI bill on massage therapy. she could just switch to networking now.

  8. Andrea Bellini

You inspired me to pay off half of my only credit card yesterday and come February I’m paying the remainder and then my only debt will be my car payment!

  9. Breanna Welsh

Eh, not everyone wants marriage. But they should be doing everything else jointly at this point; mortgage, loans, budgeting etc…

  10. RightFootForward11

Your sub count is climbing crazy fast!!

  11. Super Sailor

Her bum boyfriend is getting a good deal. He get to give her the bare minimum, straddle her with two children who will carry his name and sit back while she carries the financial load all without the legal protection that marriage provides.

  12. M

I’ll never understand choosing to risk having kids with someone you’re not married to. It just sounds like a scam to me…

  13. Marjorie G.

I feel like these are the people that be on IG flaunting their "fun" and "house" talking about, "#blessed" lol.

  14. Sascha

It's amazing how many people co-sign and take out loans on behalf of other people (family or not). Doing either is agreeing that you can and will pay off the debt. Also, this idea that marriage is just a piece of paper fails to take into account the financial protections you can have if things go sideways.

  15. Jazmin Vidal

I’m about to pay off the last chunk of my $8000 credit card debt on February 7th because of this channel. I’ve been working my butt off for the last couple of months and I’m super tired but well worth it. Wild. Thanks Caleb!

  16. Lauren R

Is this girl paying for everything, including their baby and his car, and he's just paying for the groceries and the second kid when it comes? Lol, could not be me! And for her to say "marriage is just a piece of paper. If I wanted protection for the car I could get a contract" LOL girl, if he doesn't come home TODAY and you never see him again how are you going to get him to sign that contract?

  17. John Davies

What if she sold the house

  18. ThatDudeCobz

I’m the same way Caleb, if it’s cash I can’t think about as anything but spending money haha.

  19. Wendy Raye

Junction is about 10 times the size she thinks it is. In fact it is the biggest city in the western half of the state.

  20. Amp

Wasted tax $'s on her bs…

  21. Michelle M

Beautiful soul that empathizes but can't afford to do so. Honey, you are going to need to be brave. Brave enough to try again and again. Your boyfriend needs to weigh his life choices and his hustle and drive.

  22. Rin Terasaki

This was both riveting and hard to watch. If I were in her shoes, I'd be bawling by the end of this. Even if her partner steps up in a big way, gets a good-paying job & contributes more, they still need to sacrifice so much just to stay afloat.

    Good luck. And stay strong.

  23. Perry Mills

It doesn’t matter if they’re not married that’s her baby’s father think the circumstances are a little different

  24. YourGuy Ty

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this in the comments, but most of the car warranties bought from a dealer can actually be canceled at any time & credited back in a pro rated fashion.

  25. Dan Sparks

Unwed mother says "children are expensive" but she is about to have another child out of wedlock while supporting her sister AND her boyfriend? Make it make sense. MARRY BEFORE YOU CARRY.

  26. godsruins

She seems smart and making 50% good moves 50% bad moves. That 100k mile 2012 explorer at $17k left on the loan is killer, she honestly got scammed from the dealership, its not worth that at all maybe $5-10k. Can probably cut out things like Gerber Life (Life insurance for a kid lmao), Take a better look at the pension, she could pay into it then when its her turn its bankrupt, cut out subscriptions (especially the Tonal gym one tbh shes not using it), cut down amazon spending.

  27. Asutosh Ghanto

why are there so much dumb people in america I thought americans are smart.

  28. Hazeleyes6957

I love seeing the growth from then to now, i think if she focuses on her paying that debt, things will work out especially bringing another baby in the world.

  29. Alien Creative

Boyfriend totals car= girlfriend takes loan for new car for bf to use. Makes total sense to me. Have a good day!

  30. Jonathan Merrow

with her history in avionics she could get an A&P and make 180k in 5 years

  31. Pretty n Petty

Bless her, but Cassie seems naive. I know exactly how this is going to go for her. If she's not pulling the majority of the weight now, she will be when that 2nd baby comes. Life doesn't get easier when you have a baby, it gets harder. She's heavily pregnant, working, in school for massage therapy (very labor intensive) becuase it sounds cool with very little high ROI ( how in demand are message therapists), she has bad debt with very little direction on how to clear it with no help from her boyfriend (boyfriend doesn't mean a single thing to me. They're playing house. He might as well be an NPC). Where's her circle of support other than Caleb, a random stranger on the internet (no offense)?

  32. Aakash Patel

What is up with everyone pursuing massage therapy?

  33. Adna Aar

Caleb got beef with Dave Ramsey

  34. SoLvEnTLeSsLiFeStYLe

Is it a boyfriend or a “partner” such weird wording

  35. Neil Fujiwara

I think she has the right mentality to clean up her debt. Since she is new to finances, make it simple and just follow the baby steps by DR. TSP, pension, 529, and any other returns need to be paused to just focus on paying off debt.

  36. Casey Jones

The mortgage could be a really good move if she can't rent for cheaper

  37. Displace Gamer

That is the most funny child care situation that they got themselves into. She gets to pay all the bills for the child, and he gets to say I'll just take care of the next one. I was feeling that when the next one comes up, he's not going to want to pay for that one either.

  38. Chris Young

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities

  39. Miranda Zahn

I have been coming to like the monthly money way more than your in person audits! These are usually people with real jobs and who want your help! The in person ones are all desperate "actors" with boring and horrible financial situations..
