Thank you for all the helpfull info you guys post.

I have a question: In case of Single Member LLC, will there be a max limit we pay for self employment tax for the earned income? Like in case of W2, employment tax stops after 147k.

Hi Mark, Read your last 2 books–thx! -question: If I already always max out my FICA with my W2 job, but want to run a service SMLLC as my side hustle, thinking the S-election is less favorable to me—I pay added 2.9% Medicare tax regardless-is that right? The 12.6% SE tax is satisfied by my W2 max out anyhow–is that correct? Looking at your paralegal formation SMLLC option in February Sir, thoughts? thx Rich

How does that work if you obtained the LLC for the sole purpose of creating a solo 401(k)? The business is not up & running so self employment taxes wouldn’t come into play correct?
