Money Diaries March 2024: How I Spend My $100K/Month Income
As someone who has been fortunate enough to earn a substantial income of $100,000 per month, I am often asked how I choose to spend my money. While some may assume that I live a lavish and extravagant lifestyle, the truth is that I am relatively frugal when it comes to my spending habits. In this month’s Money Diaries, I will give you a glimpse into how I allocate my monthly income.
First and foremost, I believe in the importance of saving and investing for the future. A significant portion of my income goes towards funding various investment accounts, including retirement accounts, stocks, and real estate. I make sure to contribute regularly to these accounts in order to build a secure financial future for myself and my family.
In addition to saving and investing, I also prioritize spending on experiences rather than material possessions. I love to travel and explore new cultures, so a portion of my income goes towards planning trips to different parts of the world. Whether it’s a relaxing beach vacation or an exciting adventure in a foreign country, I believe that these experiences are invaluable and contribute to my overall happiness and well-being.
When it comes to day-to-day expenses, I try to strike a balance between enjoying the finer things in life and being mindful of my budget. I choose to live in a comfortable but not overly extravagant home, and I try to be conscious of my spending on things like dining out, shopping, and entertainment. I believe that it’s important to treat yourself occasionally, but I also believe in the value of living within your means and not getting caught up in a cycle of excessive consumption.
One thing that I do splurge on is giving back to causes that are important to me. I regularly donate to charitable organizations that support causes such as education, healthcare, and environmental conservation. I believe in the importance of using my financial resources to make a positive impact on the world and help those in need.
Overall, I am grateful for the opportunities that my $100,000 monthly income provides me and I strive to make the most of it by saving, investing, and spending wisely. While I may not live a flashy or extravagant lifestyle, I am content with the choices I make and the way I choose to allocate my financial resources. Money may provide me with security and freedom, but ultimately it is the experiences, relationships, and impact that I have on the world that truly matter to me.
I really appreciate this transparency and the resources on your channel. It is helping me learn how to be more intentional about reaching my financial goals instead of living life on autopilot.
I'm so happy to have found your channel, I have so many questions, especially how to get started on investments.
