    I'm writing for the sole purpose of making sure we all keep our eyes on the ball and don't get distracted/fall for the narrative that's being created for us to believe.

    These paycheck issues are merely one of many tactics designed to cause disruption in employee loyalty, employee retention, and employee satisfaction. When you have an institution as beloved as the United States Postal Service by citizens and employees alike, one of many successful tactics must be that you don't pay your employees fairly or on-time. It's a very successful way to make loyal employees become distrustful, disloyal, and eventually even assist in the destruction of the organization by adopting toxic behaviors.

    This is 100% intentional and, as always, the fish stinks from the head. Don't be fooled. Stand up for yourselves, your USPS brother and sister, and for the USPS herself. Don't let those who are charged with running her ultimately destroy her with their nafarious tactics and ulterior motives.

    Rural carriers, take heed to this comment right here that I am posting. If they tell you that you cannot take pictures inside the office, please take your paperwork outside and photograph it every single day. If you are using green cards, please take them outside every day and photograph them. Keep a daily record of your pay so that you may know what you’re entitled to. I am no longer a rural carrier and took employment with the state government because of these pay issues. I am still waiting on one check and a grievance check. The company is broke. Understand this. Understand this is why the comments are turned off on all of their social media platforms because we would tear them apart. File grievances and take it up the chain of command if you are not being paid properly.

    I was one of the lucky ones this time, a friend of mine wasn't. I told them to make sure to file, and keep filing to have a paper trail if this nonsense happens again. I filed on the last one and asked for $100 a day penalties if it wasn't fixed within two pay periods. I hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does, I'm going up on the penalties and down and the amount of time to fix it. We work too damn hard to not be getting paid right, and, I don't know why this isn't hitting mainstream media.

    I was informed that usps staff members resigned due to the last payroll error. In one of those former member she said F! the USPS. I'm sure these individual's were angry and had every right to be in my opinion.

    Is the payroll issue this time around 0.00 on liteblue like last time or is it the payroll checks are shorted?
    Because mine seemed about 600. Light and as an RCA our hours worked don’t show on liteblue til our payroll amount is posted for that pay period

    Love that bullsh#t response from the post office….. so Postmasters and supervisors are responsible for what was that ? 52,000 carriers and then another 2200 carriers now !! that means we must have a whole bunch of really stupid ass Postmasters and supervisors screwing up…. pure nonsense. My fear is the post office didn’t have enough money to pay anybody anything!!!!
