Whatever may be first minimum pension should be fixed with reference to cost of Index as the services before 1995 (EPF) to 1971 (FPS) is not considered by which they last 21 years service though they contributed as FPS .Non contributes like sr citizens are given
Pension . Ex MLAs and Ex MPS are given ample pension though they are not eligible .
