   hi there, I recently opened an IRA/Roth account with Schwab. I was going to do some investing when I tried to sign on to my Schwab account and it is restricted, why. I called them on Friday May 13th 2022 and agent doesn't know the reason why but the senior associates would have to review my account and that they would give me a call once they are ready to take me off restriction. This not good for me at a time when I want to do business and now this. I was also told that this could some days before I get a call back from schwab senior associates agent. Ridiculous.

   The S&P 500 has outperformed any Total USA fund for most of the past 12 years. Although Total USA funds outperformed the S&P 500 funds in the 2000s. It boils down to small cap vs large any given decade.
