I have made very large purchases and sales to APMEX, bigger than most common stackers, and never had a single issue. Once, I sold them a large amount to help my daughter with a down payment on a home. APMEX phoned me, and said they had found an extra Gold Eagle in one of my tubes… 26 of them instead of 25… and that they were adjusting the payment to me accordingly. At the time, that was $1750. You can trust them to be HONEST and forthright. And while yes often their premiums are high, they also frequently have specials with 51% OFF their premium. That's when I buy, if it's in conjunction with a spot price dip.
They are a garbage Company, Had to charge back on American Express for 5k. Been purchasing for 6 years.
In my experience, APMEX takes longer to ship than any other internet dealer.

10/20/2023. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS and I am still fighting to receive my money back from an ACH. I ordered before 8/30/2023 but ACH was on this date. They sent me DAMAGED items and they wanted me to pay to return, but after filing a complaint with BBB, they sent me a return postage tag. They received the damage items back and on 9/29/2023 they sent me an email my refund will be refunded via ACH, and I talked to Katie in Returns on 10/20/2023, who said I will have it returned that night, BUT my money has not been refunded to date and unbeknownst to me, Katie transferred me into someone’s voicemail. BUYER BEWARE!

I've been a customer of Apmex since 2005. I buy gold coins, rounds, 50g and 100g gold bars and silver bars and rounds and Not once have they messed up my orders nor delayed or lost shipping. I Only buy from Apmex and will continue to do so. They are my Go-To place to buy my gold and silver. 100% Legit and they have my business, and I even signed up for their credit card which is The Bullion Card and now use that to buy my gold and get 4% back in bonus points and pay off my card at the end of the month. They are literally a one stop shop for all my needs. A+ is what I give them.
Apmex is usually the highest on price compared to all of the other metal company's out there.
They are good, use to have modest premiums not so much now. Just stay away from the shot items, they don't buy back what they have sold to you. Also, be aware when buying bars they will only buy it back at spot price.
Apmex is only good if you buy 1 coin. If buy too many coins they throw in a bunch of damage coins scratches and don't wrap there packages. I call customer service and the lady on phone said they are Bullion coins and gave me a run around on phone. JM Bullion is the best and never got scratch or damaged coins and they wrap there package great.
I've only used APMEX for online purchases. No issues at all.
Help?? Took my silver to a near by pawn shop and they said it was fake and I ordered form the website. I feel stupid and now bummed I wasted money or something?
APMEX never caused me any headache including on orders up to 11,000 oz.
Been using apmex for about 6 months and been satisfied so far.
I’ve bought several times with Amex,which should speak for itself. Never had a problem, or a delay. Very happy with them, almost always less of a spot price.

2k for an ira maybe, but if you want a 20 coin tube, get one, a single liberty. buy it. shipping probably costs more but 2k limit is news to me..
Been dealing with APMEX for many years. Never had an issue. Just know when you buy online records are created that never go away. That can be a plus or a minus depending on your outlook. Always received what I ordered. Never disappointed!
One of the easiest purchases and sell backs I ever made. Would recommend to anyone. This was some years ago (last run up to $50)
My last five orders have been from monument metals. They had best prices on generic rounds and junk silver at time of purchases.
Apmex is way overpriced. I don’t know why anyone would buy from these people.
