   Sir, accounting rule says “debit the receiver and credit the giver” which means partner compensating should be credited and the one receiving should be debited.

    Why do we debit the Gaining partner if he's paying/compensating goodwill to the Sacrificing/retiring partner? Isn't this against the rule "Debit the reciever Credit the giver"?
